Story Synopsis: Mika Moon is one of approximately twenty witches in Britain. Every three months, these witches gather together for a short time in a remote destination to learn from each other and catch up. Outside these quarterly meetings, Mika keeps her head down, doesn’t form connections with people, and moves regularly. Her one outlet is social media, where she pretends to be a witch. When Ian and Ken spot Mika’s videos online about “witchcraft, potions, and spells,” Ian contacts Mika with an unusual request: tutor three young witches at Nowhere House.

Going against all the rules of her witch community, Mika finds herself at Nowhere House and accepts the job. While there, Mika builds strong relationships with all the members of Nowhere House while working with the three young witches to teach them to control their powers. Jamie, one of the caretakers, is cantankerous and grumbly toward Mika from the start. But, when this unique family finds themselves in potential trouble, Mika must choose between following the carefully prescribed rules or following her heart.
