Consulting Agreement and Client Responsibility

Take the time to read this, please! You’ll get way more out of your session, and we must be on the same page when working together as Consultant (me) and Client (you).

RESPONSIBILITY

Your Consultant will do everything possible to support you in achieving your results and desired outcomes.

You are responsible for all changes in your life and the decisions you make at or for your company/organization.

Your Consultant will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options, and advice based on personal experience, training, and the appropriate information given the context.

You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action

By signing this Consulting Agreement, or by paying money to the Consultant or BeguiledByBooks.com, you as Client, agree and acknowledge that the Consultant is not a licensed investment advisor, real estate agent, accountant, counselor, finance, health, mental health, relationship or family, or legal professional.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your Consultant will not divulge that you are in a consulting relationship without your express consent. Your Consultant will not divulge the contents or nature of your sessions without your express consent. You are free to discuss the consulting relationship with anyone at any time.

SCHEDULING

All Consulting Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your Consultant. If, for any reason, you cannot attend a scheduled Consulting Session, you are fully responsible for informing your Consultant and arranging an appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you forfeit the session. You are responsible for rescheduling and contacting (and receiving a reply) via email.

TASKING

Tasks are assigned to assist in accelerating your change and the achievement of your desired results.

EXTRA TIME

There is no extra charge for brief “catch-up calls” between your Consulting Sessions, whether to discuss an issue or concern or share something great! Your Consultant provides this free additional service to give you superior value and results. The catch-up calls won’t exceed fifteen (15) minutes and can be scheduled as needed.

EMAIL ACCESS

Your Consultant is available during the week via email to share wins, seek clarity on actions, or review minor issues. Again, there is no charge for any of the brief “catch-up emails.”

If you wish to cancel the agreement and payments within five business days of the date indicated, you may do so for a full 100% refund of any monies paid, less the cost of any products delivered. This refund is only available if services have not commenced in any way, rendering any refund void.

Notice of cancellation

All notices of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by mail or email to hello@beguiledbybooks.com. Cancellation notice is the date in which the Consultant receives cancellation. No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for no-shows.

Terms of Consulting

The Consulting Programs are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you enroll in continuing Consulting for a specified number of sessions, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

Suspending Membership

It is not possible to suspend membership after your program is in progress.

Consulting Calls

Calls with your Consultant during your membership are at the Client’s expense and initiated by the Client.

Payment Plans

If any installment payment should default, the Client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any scheduled consulting session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the seven (7) days. All discounts and bonuses will be forfeited, and full payment will apply. If a Client should default on any installment payment, the result may be cancellation from the Program, and the Cancellation Policy will apply. As credit card decline will result in a penalty from our payment processing company in cases of payment default.

Program Changes

The Consultant reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programs as considered necessary. The Consultant will consult with the Client for any such changes.

Mutual Agreement Cancellation

If at any time the Client or Consultant believes the Consulting Sessions and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the Client, they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation before canceling the Program or Sessions.

Intellectual Property

All material relating to the Program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used, or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

Indemnification

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, medical, business, or investment actions.

Agreement Section

By entering into a Consulting Agreement either through signing a Consulting Agreement with the Consultant or paying any amount to your Consultant, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
