Happy News!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved books and reading. I would stay up all night reading as a kid. I volunteered with my local library throughout elementary school. I hope to inspire others to read, grow, and learn through books.

I’m so excited to announce that I’ve been approved and verified as a Bookshop.org Affiliate!! Going forward, links to my books will be Bookshop.org Affiliate links, which means I’ll earn a commission if you purchase a title from one of my links. This allows me to keep the site ad-free while still providing the quality content you expect.

Why Bookshop.org?

I’ve previously attempted to use Amazon Affiliates, but I don’t love their program. Because their commissions are so low, I didn’t earn enough to keep my account open. I also prefer to encourage people, where possible, to purchase through Bookshop.org because they allow you to choose which independent bookstore to support.

The downside, which is small, is that Kindle books are only available via Amazon and other e-books can’t be read on Kindle (at least not in a way that I’ve figured out).

If you’re in a position where you can purchase via Bookshop.org, I appreciate it. If not, that’s great too! I hope all readers are able to obtain books from libraries, friends, online, or in stores wherever possible.
